The Iroquois Trails 100 is a new addition to the ultrarunning calendar, providing an additional race to the under-represented northeast. The course consists of three-prongs, each offering an out and back format over Greek Peak’s Alpine and Nordic Centers, as well as the Finger Lakes Trail through Tuller Hill and Kennedy State Forests. Approximately 77 miles will be run over hilly single track trail, with 16 miles of dirt/gravel forest road and 7 miles of asphalt. Elevation gain and loss is roughly 18,000 feet. These are challenging eastern trail runs, the hills are runable but constant, and the terrain can be technical.
