Placing an
Order

Depending on the department, you can specify things like a manufacturer or a size, and then
click on the search button. From the search results page you can add products directly to
your shopping basket, or click on the product to see more detail.
You can also click on any featured product to buy it.
Once you've selected the product you want to buy, click the "add to basket"
button to place the product in your shopping basket. Use the quantity field to
increase or decrease the number of each product you'd like to buy. Or, click the
remove button to remove the item from your basket. Then, you can continue to shop by
clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button, or you can proceed to checkout. The checkout screen
is where you'll enter your credit card, billing, and shipping information.

Return Policy
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases at full retail price. However, all purchases on sale and discontinued items are final. You may return any full priced item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. Certainly, if we made a mistake on any item, and sent you the wrong thing, or if any item is defective or misrepresented, we’ll accept returns as well.
Please include a copy of your receipt with
any returned merchandise. Including this will enable us to process your return more
